US - Go-To-Skincare - Shopify

The habd lotion is S moisturizing, it doesn't sit on my hand, it doesn't leave leave my hand feeling greasy but I don't like the scent at all. Unpleasant. If I knew of the scent I wouldn't have bought it. I decided to keep it anyway because I didn't want to pay for the shipping for refund. I would not repurchase again.

I forgot to apply my 10 % coupon when i bought a bundle, and i requested to add on and its approved. I got approved on the lip balm. I wish they added on the bundle, so that i could have saved some money.

First off, I want to say that the customer service team are incredible- 5/5 stars for them for sure. I feel kind of bad leaving a mediocre review but I’ve gotten three emails from goto asking me to review them so here goes. The actual delivery was significantly delayed - I ordered beginning of December and received it in March (the customer service team again, were superb) - it arriving so late is not why I am only giving 2 stars. I ordered face hero and the new vitamin c serum for myself which I love but I also ordered the men’s go to face products thinking they would be a fun gift for my boyfriend and my brother (since I always talk about how much I love face hero I thought I’d buy them both a beard oil and shower gel) however the quality of them is quite poor compared to the women’s products. The women’s face hero is amazing - 5/5 stars but sadly the men’s products do not meet that standard. They frankly smell off. I used my boyfriend’s when at his place and discovered the quality and he admitted he was not a fan and couldn’t understand why I liked Go-To so much but hadn’t said anything to be polite. Super unfortunate since I think the matching men’s and women’s bottles are so cute. I would definitely recommend the women’s version but save yourself the embarrassment of giving a bad gift and don’t get the men’s product.

This product has a STRONG smell. It is very flowery, probably due to all the different oils in this product. I only used this for about a week, and I wanted to love it, but I cannot get over the strong smell it has. On top of that, I did have some irritation because of this serum - probably due to all the fragrance.

I had high hopes for the oil and moisturizer based off the reviews, but it caused very dry skin for me. Still have a lot of the product left, but had to switch to another moisturizer.
