I've lost 42 lbs in six months on the Bulletproof lifestyle, and some days I'm only 60-70% compliant. I love it, it's amazing, and Bulletproof wins at life. I sleep better, concentrate better, and feel like a million dollars. If BP ever decides to become an MLM, please contact me first! I will sell the shit out of this system.

I have been mostly bulletproof for over two and half years. When I first started I downloaded and binged on all the podcasts until I caught up. Now I look forward to the release of each current podcast. I have shared the roadmap with numerous family members, friends and acquaintances and many of them have tried it, some are still following the program. Some have reduced their thyroid medicine, insulin and have lost a considerable amount of weight. I have lost 40 lbs and have maintained my weight and health almost effortlessly. The products are great though some are a little pricey and out of my range to purchase on a continuous basis, but I do what I can and understand that Bulletproof still has to show a profit. After a year and a half on Bulletproof I had a physical/blood work and my results were better than I had received after having been on the "Eat to Live" long enough to lose 35 lbs. Now another year later and I feel great, look great and am enjoying being a healthier me.
