The website was fine. Did not like the product

My experience is ok, but I live in Norway and it took a very long time before I got my order.

Shipping took about a week.

It took longer than expected to receive my “replacement bottle” and disappointment that I was charged for shipping.

No longer like a serum. Like water. Must be a bad batch. So sad because it was such a good product before when I purchased.🙁
