Poor customer care

they only shipped me one of the two products i ordered. i’ve emailed in multiple times to check on this and haven’t received any updates

Petson that emailed me wax more concerned with telling me that notjing could be done if product had been used and would be able to tell if product had been dispensed in tip.., well that is how i knew was bad was when opened and put onto fingers to apply to face product was too awful smelling so my point being i dont think company cared that something was definitely wrong with it
