Undefined Beauty

I knew I screwed up my order the minute I hit confirm but could not find a way to contact someone immediately. The order had already shipped long before I received a response from an agent. It would have been nice to have a way to contact someone more immediately. The customer service agent did not offer much help or any solutions. Giving lots of grace because I understand it's a smaller business.

My sad experience is that my Medium shade cannot be used...it's too watery. My Light shade is perfect. I understand from other reviews that Undefined sent the correct consistency serums to people stuck with the watery ones, but I have been ignored

It took a while to received it because of a UPS delay

Seems like a great company. I bought the Glow Detox scrub as a gift. We all really liked how it smelled, and it seemed like a quality product. But it arrived broken -- the plastic lid had cracked into several pieces and the scrub had spilled into the bubble mailer. I miraculously found a lid that fit, but the situation was a hassle to deal with.

Undefined beauty shipped the products fast. Carriers are the problem. Easy to order off the website.
