Undefined Beauty

Shipping was as expected however I was missing one of my items, and an additional un-ordered item was delivered. The customer service folks responded extremely quickly and sent the missing item. No complaints here :)

I knew I screwed up my order the minute I hit confirm but could not find a way to contact someone immediately. The order had already shipped long before I received a response from an agent. It would have been nice to have a way to contact someone more immediately. The customer service agent did not offer much help or any solutions. Giving lots of grace because I understand it's a smaller business.
