Hi Ultraceuticals, I couldn’t find right email address for feedback so I’m writing here that I ordered two products from you during your promotion (buy two products and get gift set)but I didn’t receive my gift set with my order. So please could you do anything? I am very disappointed.

I’d been using ultraceutical products since 2018 and have always trusted the opinions of a lovely lady from David Jones Melbourne named Jodie. Unfortunately a new lady was working one day and was quite condescending about a product I was having issues with and totally disregarded my concerns…….my daughter was with me as a witness and it was very disappointing. I’m now using another brand as it really scarred me
