Would have liked a response or replacement item after packaging fail.

Poor customer service- emailed a query over a week ago with no response.

The vitamin C serum that I received had a layer of yellow coming out at first and it cleared up after I shook it. Usually for a product in this price range I expect there to be no separation. When I tried to use it, it left the skin sticky until it is washed off making it impossible to wear comfortably. This product is the worst product I have used in the last few years and I will be throwing it to the trash, as the customer service rep refused to allow me to exchange it. I have bought a fair amount of your products before but I have no more trust in this brand and I will not be using it or recommending it to anyone anymore.
