Claimed to be a uk website but was actually sent from Australia. Said it would be 2-4 business days but it took 3 weeks to get here and there was a £37 custom charge.

Shocking service and lead-time. Ordered many items from you but this one really was a pain! Took nearly 3 weeks to be delivered then found out it was stuck in customs and a further charge was required, a very hefty one too! When I enquired about this with yourselves I was told it was not your problem far from great service…. Needless to say this will be the last time I purchase from you, very disappointed.
