Placed my order 2 weeks ago and it still hasn’t arrived. Customer service are almost impossible to get hold of and take a long time to respond to emails. As it stands, I’ve spent a lot of money on a product that hasn’t been delivered and I’m unable to speak to someone to resolve this. I’d avoid using this company

I really wanted to love this toy, however I've had so many issues regarding the charging of the device maintaining, the material and size. the material is really irratating on my skin and the size is also uncomfortable. im absolutely gutted as it was such a high expense and first time buying something like this.

Returns process is absolutely rubbish - next to impossible to get a response and I’ve been waiting over two weeks for a refund…..
