All the products are amazing let’s get that straight! The problem lies with the site it’s self, we sent videos of one of our new toys not working properly, then asked for a refund because it doesn’t work and heard nothing back at all. For a £200 toy we expected it to work. This is so difficult because the other toys are great amazing even but, if you have a problem or one doesn’t work you won’t get your money back so it’s a gamble using this site.

I want to love Vush but the only way to communicate is emails and they take such a long time to be answered!

Product faulty. Would like to request a refund.

Product is unreal but it took over three weeks to arrive. The waiting time was really annoying.

Cheap quality looking item, disappointing performance, packaging NOT descreet. Very disappointed especially with how much was paid for the item.
