I can't figure out how to use it.

I need to set up a one on one tutorial. I am not having any luck with this!

I do not like this styler and wish to return it. I have tried 2 times to use it with not luck on my hair. Could you please give me instructions to return? I have original packaging.

Is probably a great product for someone else but doesn’t work for me.

I ordered the iron and hit order before I realized I could have gotten the free thermal protectant. I immediately sent an email but when answered was told it was too late because my order was already sent to processing. I’m very disappointed that I spent $165.00 at your company and couldn’t be accomodated.
