I’m sure this is a great product, unfortunately it wasn’t for me. The first night I got it, I tried it out for two hours. I was watching the videos and had my boyfriend watch them and tell me what I was doing wrong. It was extremely hard to use. I’m sure the FaceTime call would have helped, but the burn smell that was coming off my hair was what really turned me off. And I’m sure that was because I was doing it wrong, but it just wasn’t the right product for me.

That’s not my wish. I don’t like that.

I was so excited to get this iron. Unfortunately my coordination or my fine hair doesn’t appreciate what it can do :(

Still having a lot of trouble after watching the tutorials and upset that it went on sale less than a week after I purchased it.

It smooths very nicely but I cannot curl with it.
