Can't figure out how to use it

I've watched the videos, I've tried the different moves and I wanted the product to work. I was very disappointed. My hair kept getting pulled between the two bars and it was not curling my hair (like it was suppose to).

Not very easy to use. Doesn’t give the right curls.

This product is difficult to use and I have burnt myself twice. I am not getting the curls that I want and I have watched the videos multiple times. I am not giving up but it definitely takes practice.

The videos of the iron made it appear much easier than it is. I have been struggling to master the curls. One of the reasons I felt comfortable with the purchase was the guarantee I could schedule a tutorial. However this is deceiving that they promise this. I tried to sign ans Was told there was no availability for next several months. What a bummer.
