So, I have bought a few things from Tyme..the Tyme iron..two brushes..no problem-quick delivery. I wanted to buy another brush for my daughter for a Christmas gift..ordered weeks in advance...I never received it AND I payed for express shipping. They emails me to return the money I paid for the express shipping, and the brush. They said I could keep it when it arrived. It’s now Jan and still nothing.

Didn’t work for me. Curls don’t come out

I m very disappointed. It doesn’t work as well as the videos show,

Beware if you’re a lefty. Didn’t realize how tricky it is to use if your left handed. Been trying to practice, but it’s awkward to work with. The ad makes it seem so easy to use, but it is not.

Need to watch video on how to do. Till then I’m not sure
