To difficult to use

This iron is not as easy to use as it looks in the videos. I have tried a few times since receiving mine, and I still can not get smooth curls. I am a little disappointed. I paid a lot of money for something that I can not use.

I am having a very hard time getting my hair to look good with this. I want to practice but am afraid if I keep going over my hair with this to practice it will damage my hair. It looked so easy on the video I watched but it's not for me

The iron is impossible to use. With the heat protectant I ordered, the squirt bottle doesn’t even work, so it’s also impossible to use. Wish I had my money back.
