I consider myself pretty good at using tools and styling my hair but this product is not intuitive at all. I have watched several videos and have tried 3 times with horrible results. I am trying to get on the schedule for virtual help.

My consultant was Genevieve. She was five minutes late. I asked her if she was ok but I really think she was drunk. She slurred her words and could barely keep her eyes open. I was able to understand the fundamentals but I wasn’t expecting that kind of interaction. I do love the iron though.

Great tool that unfortunately didn't mesh well in our household. Been waiting for a return shipping package so we can return our tyme tool. As of today it's been 13 days now.

I was not please with this product. I have been struggling with my return. "Lost" in transit due to "incorrect" zip on the return label that was sent to me from the company. Now it is "my" issue to track it and get it to them from somewhere in IA :( I just want my money back

It is not user friendly. Try it and did not get the expected results even when I watched the video for several times. Waste of money
