Let’s be real
When you pay this much for a straightener you want it to last. Right? The straightener didn’t even last a year. The warranty process took about 10 days. Of emailing back-and-forth everyday. With the warranty department sending me videos of how to turn on/off the straightener. I used the straightener every day before it broke. I get how to turn it on and off.
The straightener itself.
I liked it. I liked how you can control the temperature. I have thin hair and I don’t need a piping hot straightener. I do have a problem with paying $200 for a straightener that only last a few months.
When I can pay the same for chi and I have it last seven years, like my last one.
Think twice.
