It’s not as easy as it looks

It’s very hard to use I gave up couldn’t get it right watched several videos it’s not as easy as advertised

It’s not what I expected. Very difficult to use.

Straightens great, cannot get it to curl

I ordered this product after seeing some of the marketing on instagram. The iron is big and not a great fit for my length hair. I also think learning how to use it is a brain bender. I decided for the price I am returning it. Unfortunately, Tyme hasn’t been responsive when I have emailed them asking how to initiate a return. SO frustrating. Have emailed them 3 times with no response.
