My S.O. was very excited and intrigued by the concept of a straightener/curler combo. However, once purchased, we realized that it did not do anything that her current straightener (Chi brand) doesn't do. Customer service was very helpful and polite, and we received a full refund upon return.

appliance is confusing to use, maybe I need to study the videos more. It works great as a straightener but I’m having trouble with the curling technique.

Difficult to use

Curling iron burned my hair and a co-worker's hair. It is difficult and awkward to handle. Have not used it again. Would NOT recommend product to anyone.

I thought the video looked amazing and so easy. But when I got the product it was really hard to work. :(
