I was so excited to try the shampoo and conditioner and hairspray based on all the wonderful reviews! I have very fine, straight, thin hair. Unfortunately, the hairspray didn't hold and the shampoo was just a little too perfumey for me. The older I get, the more sensitive I am to smells. I had great customer service when I inquired about returning the items, so thank you for that TYME!

Some curls were perfect, some pieces not so much. I need to schedule a training session. Not giving up cuz I can tell the issue is me.

I wish Ioved this iron. After watching 8 you tube videos I finally got the hang of it yet each curl is hit or miss. I feel like it is inconsistent and it takes forever to use. I can do better and get ready quicker with a regular curling iron. That said, it does work but I am sending back. Just not simple enough.

I have had success with a few strands of hair but no consistently. It’s kind of frustrating.

I like the iron, but I can’t get the right curl that I want. I have watched your YouTube videos, but I still can’t get it right
