I've heard great things about your product. I did not find it easy to use as holding the unit closed requires constant pressure by grip strength. I prefer a unit that holds the hair in place. Unfortunately, it isn't for me. I would like to return my unit. Thank you.

I thought it would be a lot easier to use. I will probably return it.

I bought this for a gift for my Mother. She has since found that it was not made for left handed people in any manner. She had to find a video tutorial specifically for teaching left handed users to use it like a right handed person.

I like the concept of it but it going to take some time to get used to it so my hair looks good

I have had my iron for a lil over a week and my first impression is the package and the gorgeous color of the iron itself ! But my hair is naturally wavy and frizzy .. trying to get the motions down after watching lots of YouTube videos for help I will be scheduling a one on one soon just to make sure I’m getting the most out of the iron ! The hairspray in my opinion is a lil stiff (but I don’t normally use hairspray often) it has a Lil baby powder like smell to me ..
