Not getting the look I wanted. Sometimes I get the perfect curl and I think I got it but I don’t. I’m still watching you tube videos and hopefully I will eventually get it. The videos make it look so easy!!

Very difficult to work, not sure if I want to keep it

The first curl I made was perfect..but I'm having a hard time getting used to holding the iron a certain way..I get confused. I hope once I practice more it will be easier and faster.

I like this curler but I payed 200 for it and it boasted a one on one tutorial and when I try and sign up is says there is none available for the foreseeable future. If you are going to make a confusing product you have to honor the tutorials you offer. Please contact me and let me know when I can schedule one.

Trying so hard - watching the videos, following the directions, but it's very hard to use this. Everyone makes it look easy, but it's not easy at all.
