I want to love this product so much but every time I use it it leaves dents at the start of the curl from the heat of the plates in the iron

I have had my Tyme for about a week and so far, I'm having a rough time figuring it out. I'm a full time student, mom of two and have a full time and part time job so scheduling a time that works for me is difficult. I have a scheduled appointment with my local hair stylist to see if she can assist me after work. Her and the girls at the salon are excited to try it out seeing as they haven't had the chance to buy one for themselves. I will gladly review as needed regarding my satisfaction. I'm getting there and I know it'll take time.

I absolutely love my Tyme iron, but the plastic by the heating plates is already worn and discolored. It's made a little cheap for the hefty price tag!! Thinking of sending back due to the wear so early on...

I'd love to have this thing work especially of the price. I'm sure it's operator error but seems so simple on the video then no curl at all.

I’m a novice with this amazing tool. I really think i just need a tutorial!
