the iron does not curl hair smoothly causing users to burn their hair. my $20 hair straightener does a better job than this expensive tool. Sorry but i will most likely be returning. Sad because i really want to love the thing.

The iron is very easy to use; but the curls do not last

Curls don’t hold up & are very loose, hard to get a tight curl even if you are doing it properly.

I have a ways to go until I've perfected using this iron. I appreciate having tutorials and the ability to reach out for help if I want it. My curls look pretty good so far, even without knowing what I'm doing.
