I've really enjoyed using this hair tool. It's easier than a conventional curling iron and doesn't scare me as much as a wand. I have thick hair, so the process takes a while because the pieces have to be fairly thin, but this would be the same with any hair tool. My main issue is that the hair gets a little fizzy. I've seen videos that say this means you're moving to fast. I've tried to move more slowly, but it still seems to be an issue. Maybe another hair product would help keep things smooth? Overall, I think it delivers what's promised and I'm happy with the results.

It's not fair to give it a 3 and too early to give it a 5 . I purchased a used iron and it's works well but I am having a hard time sectioning my hair. I wish there are videos that will show us how to section our hair. Thanks!

I have very long straight hair and when I have attempted to use this the hair does not curl or it comes out frizzy

It kinda-sorta works, but definitely not worth the high price tag.

Did not work for me but their customer service is awesome!!
