I had a scheduled appointment that my online stylist never showed up for. I totally understand emergencies, but had I not reached out to the company, I'm not sure I would have ever heard from her. After many messages with Linda, she was able to schedule an appointment for me with Jacynda at a time that worked for my schedule. The online appointment went very well & Jacynda was very helpful with teaching me how to use the tool correctly. If you're on the fence about using the Tyme iron, I would say GO FOR IT!!!

The straighter works great, however it did take me a minute and a few YouTube tutorials to learn how to curl my hair. I gave it 4 stars because I do like the straightener and the one less star is for the Thermal spray and Shampoo + Conditioner. Thermal Spray - It smells great, however it sprays in a straight line and doesn't mist your hair. So when I use it I have huge wet spots in my hair from a solid stream of thermal spray, not all my hair is protected. Travel size Shampoo + Conditioner - They made my hair very course and it felt and looked fried when I used it. I stopped using it after 2 days. It smells good but my hair look fried and not nourished.

I am continuing to try to get the hang of it and I am doing good. Just takes practice. Trying the shampoo, conditioner and thermal spray (from travel kit). It does help a lot. I am sure I will be totally happy in "TYME" ! :)

I love the curl I get from this product when I do it correctly. It will take some practice. Definitely a work in progress.
