I use most of Tymes haircare products and I must say my hair has never been healthier! I would give 5 stars except for the bottles/delivery methods do not work well nor are they easy to read with older eyes (colors of lettering and bottles are too close for letter differentiation). Stunning results tho so worth the price!!

I have long hair that I barely curl because it takes me so long to do with a curling iron. I purchased this item hoping to achieve an easy curl. I haven't been getting exactly what I want, but I am doing a face to face tutorial next week. I'm very confident that after this tutorial I will get the curl I am hoping to achieve! =)

It’s still new, so I’m learning. Most videos and tutorials are with very long hair. So I’m trying to get it right. It definitely works. It’s expensive though more than I wanted to pay. If it lasts for years and if I finally get good st it it will be worth it.

I really like the iron. It took a good amount of practice to get it going and get curls but now it's super easy. I don't love using it as a straightener but maybe I just need to perfect that technique also. It's a great product though!!!

The iron works pretty well and it does make it a lot easier to curl my hair. However when straighting my hair I have to be pretty careful to keep creases out of my hair. Although my overall experience was good. The thermal protectent however is kind of a pain. There are little glitter particales that very easily clog the tube the spray come out. When it does become clogged it's extremely hard to get it unclogged, and it's not to long before it's clogged again.
