Tyme HR was cheerfully and efficiently helpful in fixing my mistake of giving a former shipping address...until I received my re-envoyed package. All is well that ends well.

I purchased the styling iron for my daughter in law for Christmas. Her hair is very fine and did not give her the results she was Hope going for. I contacted the company and spoke with Linnet. She was so very nice and helped me with my return without any problems. Thank you, Linnet.

I had to return my package, and the customer care team was amazing to work with. I returned my package only because I had received an exact product for Christmas and didnt need two. My product is excellent as well!

I don’t always write reviews but I am so impressed with the quality of Tyme products that I feel compelled to. I ordered the brush set and I have to say I have never seen such an immediate change in my hair. The large round brush is fantastic!! It makes a huge difference in the appearance of my hair it makes me feel like I just had a blowout in salon. The shampoo and conditioner are amazing and keep my fine hair from being weighted down but also I can go more time between washes. 😍 Love it!!
