I had an issue with my Tyme iron and the customer service was amazing!

They have amazing customer service. My package had went off the grid with is USPS and they did everything they could to get the issue fixed, all while communicating during the entire process. The package was received and my wife loves it.

Very satisfied with my warranty claim. Shipping of my new replacement took longer than I expected. Customer service was prompt responding to my emails and overall I am happy that my defect was covered under the warranty.

I absolutely love these products! I have really fine mid-length hair that is impossible to stay curled and this product does the job best! I had some issues with the TIP not turning on, but was quickly resolved with your support system, I wasn't holding the button on long enough/too long. Thank you so much!
