Never order again.

I received package with a yellow piece of paper “ Final sale”, even on website was no information. I got very upset and took all tags and threw away original box. I assume I would not be able to return non-functional bang back. I did reach customer service after that in few days and it is being said it was input “mistakenly “ and I am eligible to make a return with tags and in original box?! Is that a your usual practice to make returns impossible? And more I would not recommend to buy that a clip on bang to anyone… unless you ordering for a child with a VERY small head.

Can 't trust the tracking and return system

The wig purchased on Jan 5 was returned within 2 to 3 days using your label and I have yet to be credited. I received tracking which only took it to St Louis then transferring to Fed Ex and no tracking available. This seems like a way to rip me off for additional fees for returning. I have also made complaints that yur website does not appropriately show color so even though this was delightful style, the color was horrible - not even close to what was pictured. I have spent a lot of money over the past year or two with TWC and am truly disappointed by this recent turn of events.

Sent the wrong color! I mailed everything back. I never used the wig, cap or stand, still waiting for my refund!!!!!!
