My first purchase was Ellen and when it came it looked great so I took off the tags to enjoy. As a cancer patient I have been wearing wigs for 30 yrs. Putting the wig on to go out for the evening, I was having a little trouble with the top. After getting in a good light the very top was stingy like someone was too close to oven or sprayed it the combed out the spray and singed it. I have never returned a wig in 30 yrs. When I told you about it p, I got a thank you for your purchase blah,blah. Too late tags were off. Spent 139.00 for nothing. Friend told me they had good luck with two so I tried again with wig WINNER it came perfect. Love it. Still angry about Ellen wig. I am 87 and 139. Is a lot for me to lose. The least your company could have done was compensation of a sort. It honestly looks like someone couldn’t handle the top and returned it. No matter what you say. That top was misused. I did nothing but finger the wig with water spray. Nothing worked. The back was beautiful. I can’t wear it. 139. Wasted My friend talked me into trying your company again Happy with my WINNER FRAN RUSSO

Poor, poor quality

I had purchased two Daisy wigs . I had purchased four Daisy wigs a few years ago and wanted new ones. The ones I received have almost no hair. I can see right to my scalp. I'm not sure if you have a new manufacturer or what the issue is, but the quality is less than zero. I won't be buying more wigs from you

Poor customer service

I ordered 4 clearance wigs that were unwearable. The website wouldn't let me do a review. After I contacted them about this problem then they only posted 2 of the reviews. Then they said I can return them and they would give me credit minus the shipping. This has been a disaster since I ordered them. I have contacted them and the shipping company several time because they either have the package or FedEx has lost it. They are the only ones that can open investigation on where this package is. FedEx last update was December 1 which they say it went to their local post office that was 10 days ago.
