Bad Customer Service, Rude Reps
You need to get some friendlier customer service reps. I ordered 2 hair pieces in color 22 and what I got was a color 4 shades darker than the wig I just got in the same shade. You did this with another color, and I had to have my hair dyed to match the piece. I am not going to do that again. Your agent insisted you did not change the color; I am looking right at it. I am sending them back and will cease buying from you since your agent basically told me I would not get my shipping fee back because there was nothing wrong with the color.
