Second wig I've tried from you and it looks very different from the picture and not in a good way. It's hard enough buying without trying on, but very disappointing when it doesn't match what you thought you were getting.

I paid $30 for overnight shipping - just called & was told it would probably arrive in 3 days! Then the rep, Amanda, said It was my fault for not reading fine print. Very unhappy & will NOT be buying from TWC ever again!!’

recently returned a wig and between restocking fee and shipping fee i lost $40.00 . will never order another item from your company.

I was not happy with my wig at all. I ordered dark brown and received black. I will order from somewhere else from now on.
