Was not aware of restocking fee when I ordered. It is so hard to get the right style and color ordering online. I don't think its good practice to charge the fee. I will not be ordering from your site again.

The "on sale wig" I ordered and received last week was NOT which color I asked for and ordered #60 color (white according to the color chart). The one I got was GREY and not WHITE and can not return since it was posted "no returns" I am sorry to return it since I love and always have only used your wigs plus items and never had this problem before. That is my complaint and am personally and truly very disappointed. Jane F......
