WIG (Integrity) = Too Straight, too little volumn, & shag too short

I returned 2 wigs because they didn’t look good on me. I ordered 2 more on the return and still haven’t received a call to use my credit card for the additional money due. It is at least a month since they were returned.

I was told by a representative she would give me the 15 per cent discount on the topaz wig since the discount code didn't appear on my order until I had placed the order. To date I haven't received this discount. I'm done with twc. No more wigs ever. I'll stick with Paula Young.

Products were not as advertised

Return process is slow and not efficient. Call help line gal was not particularly friendly on first call and after waiting and being told I’m “next in line” several times today, it rolled to voicemail and call was not returned promptly. I’ve bought from a number of other hair companies and this experience has been the worst so I won’t try TWC again. It only takes a prompt response and a helpful person to make the difference but everyone is unapologetically unkind these days.
