Usually the service and quality are great through TWC, but recently I have purchased two wigs in the l and both have been the wrong hair and color! I will be returning the items today. It's just so sad and cramping my style:(

I used your instructions for measurements and ordered accordingly, when received it was way too large, it has been returned, I am waiting for the credit to my account. Very disappointing.

My order 6/11was incorrect, I ordered 1 petite Grace but I received 3 and was charged for 3. I mailed 2 of them back the next day 6/12 . Still haven't heard anything about the refund yet. Also didn't think I should have to pay for the return shipping since I didn't order 3.
