Buyer beware

I had no idea if the wig didn't look good on me it was going to cost me so much to return it.

Bad Customer Service

I bought a “final sale” wig. I ordered cinnamon because I have the exact same exact Hairdo wig that I bought at QVC in blond and wear it all the time and I wanted an extra. When it came, it didn’t fit the same as the other and it looked like someone took scissors to it. It was also orange, not dark red. So I thought maybe that’s why it was cheap and threw it out. I emailed Christina because that was the only customer service contact I could find on the website because I really liked a Raquel Welsh wig which was more expensive but I wanted to know if these wigs were all used before I ordered. I never received a reply.

Not a Fan

Prices are initially attractive, but the service and fees they charge for returns make them no more competitive than other companies who don't charge, such as restocking, postage, special fees, etc. You will be nickel-and-dimed to death on a return. If you get it, your refund will be significantly less than what you paid. Buy from a firm that doesn't charge all these ridiculous return fees—you will thank me! Buying a wig is traumatic enough, let alone feeling like you got shafted by a company that says they are trying to be supportive. I returned a wig immediately after receipt and had to ask for a refund 3 times. I have removed them from my bookmarks and will continue to take my business elsewhere. You get what you pay for, and that includes quality and service. Don't look for either here.

Wig was terribly undersized. Pathetic.

Wig was terribly undersized. Pathetic. I am returning it and do not want to replace it because if I don’t like it again I will have to pay the $20 restock fee. Terrible.
