Shipping was good. The wig I selected ("untamed") looked fuller online. What I received less full in the middle portion and despite best efforts was mullet-like instead of layers.

It was the wrong wig not the one I ordered and I am supposed to get a full refund I mail it back the day after I received it thank you

I ordered red wigs the ones that came were more brown with blonde streaks. I reordered but you have not received my return

I can’t figure how this happened but I ordered one wig and received two of the same wigs with separate invoice numbers. I returned both wigs well over a week ago with your return labels and still have gotten no confirmation from TWC. I liked the wig the color was just too dark.

I found the sample colors too small to really show the color. Thus, I ordered the wrong one. I will be returning it. When I viewed your website again last night for a different wig, I couldn’t change the color of the one I picked. I couldn’t input the color I wanted! I tried several times. I finally gave up and ordered one from my regular site.
