Products are excellent quality but arrived in some slightly damaged packaging. also, the minimum purchase for free shipping is excessive and shipping costs are quite high if that minimum isn't met.

Should have used a black clip on salt/ pepper shade 20% restocking fee is ridiculous,

I sure do wish you would go back to carrying the hair pieces, you use to sale!! I don’t want to wear a wig, when a hair piece works perfectly!! Thanks

The TWC website is very nice, but there are not enough choices for petite size wigs in regard to style and color. It would be great to have more bob and shag selections in multi dimensional chestnut and brunette colors.
