I chose this wig because it looked less full, more realistic. But upon receiving it, I found it very full. Not the light and whispy style pictured at all. Since there are so many fees to return, I'll just donate to a local cancer hospital. I'm done buying wigs online.

Service was excellent as always my only complaint was I was a little disappointed with this wig this time.

I didn't have any trouble with anything other than the it being delivered to my door instead of my mailbox. My package was stolen.

Service was great. However, I had to return one wig and learned they charge a restocking fee. Be aware before you order something you might want to return. On the other hand, I loved the other wig I had ordered and ordered 2 more in different colors!
