I received my wig rather quickly and no issues on that end. Maybe it was the color I picked that caused it to look like it had been worn for a long time.

I was very disappointed when I received the Focus wig. I received the "New" Focus Wig instead which is parted on the opposite side of the original Focus. It is the first time I returned a wig, I really like the Focus wig and I have to wear a wig. I have no hair at this time. I am now leery of ordering. Also, there is very little selection for petite short wigs. How will I know I will get the original Focus and not the "New" Focus when I order. Please advise Debora Egitto Halethorpe, MD

Most of the time I receive wigs that fit and look good. Occasionally I have to return one because it didn't look like it was in the picture online or in catalog. I recently returned other Virtue wig, and have not received my refund. I bought two other items that look great. Just waiting for the refund on the wig returned in June.

Site easy to navigate, good communication, arrived more quickly than expected. Item packaged safely & securely. No complaints.
