Needed a lot of trimming on the bangs. Other than that, light weight and comfortable.

Election selection and prices. Website not as user friendly. Telephone communications better, more cordial, and responsive than e-mail or online chat.

Color of wig was not true to what I thought it was to be so I returned it. Return was accepted and received but the credit issued for the return was delayed for some reason. Also tracking was not accurate. It was sent back via USPS but was handed off to Fed Ex. We were never advised of that and the status updates were never accurate from either carrier. Other than that the Wig Company met expectations.

The experience with the website was positive from produ t search through checkout The actual product purchased looked nothing like the photo or views or accompanying narrative. Item was returned.

I ordered the Tiffany which I’ve worn for several years. This one wasn’t the same cut and seemed bigger then usual . I’ve been ordering from this company for several years and been pleased.
