Customer service was ok in a recent enquiry although I felt the answer that was given was just generic and basic

You wouldn’t want to be in a hurry! This trimmer doesn’t nick you but it takes so long to trim your hair that you may as well just be careful with one that could possibly Nick you. This thing takes forever.

Despite benefit of reduced bacterial growth, does not lather well leading to excessive product wastage.

Both the bod scrub hangers don’t stick, lasted 24 hours and now they just slide down the wall. Not happy

I can t really do a review yet as I haven’t received the scrubber I’ve been waiting a few weeks now so when I do receive it I’ll do another review
