Bristles are too hard. v1 was way better

Poor communication, products leaked in box and have had nil response from emails sent. Very disappointed

I received my HENRY holder after having an older one for sometime. The new product damaged and faulty, it will not stick to wall. I sent a email to the support team to arrange a replacement and have received no communication back from support. Very disappointed as holder is unusable and I have had no customer service or communication from toiletries.

Not much of a scrubber. As tame as all other loofahs. Not the refreshing exfoliated feel expected.
