I recently ordered and received two bottles of the Dry Skin Recovery Serum, which I have been ordering from you for years, when it was still called “Lullaby for Dry Skin.” Regarding my recent order, the first bottle smelled like it always does, but the second one smells as if it’s going rancid. Could it have sat around too long in your warehouse, and the oil is going bad? I have been using it anyway, but I would appreciate hearing back from you. Thanks.

No suds at all. Feels slimy. Makes my skin tight and dry. I sent an email about it and got no response to it. The patchouli smell is awesome though.

I sent an email regarding my purchase and have heard no response from Thesis. The lullaby does not smell the same as previous purchases. Did you change the ingredients?
