extremely late, no communication about the delay

Well, it's officially been one MONTH since I purchased 2 day priority shipping.... STILL waiting for delivery!

I sent an email and left a voice message letting you know that one of my purchases did not work. The pump on the bottle does not work. I still yet to hear from someone. So I would give you zero stars if it was an option.

I have purchased Thesis beauty products and have enjoyed them before but it was through Amazon. Within the last year I have realized I would like to purchase directly through the source as I have heard some products on Amazon could be fake and not real product. I would also like the company I am purchasing through receive the full benefit of my payment and not have to share it with Amazon. Even though their products are available through prime (which I am a member) so shipping is free for me and I would receive them within 2 days guaranteed - I still chose to purchase through their website. This is my first time purchasing through the Thesis beauty website and I have to say I am rather disappointed. Upon purchasing my product I received an email confirmation. 2 days later I had not received an email stating my product had been shipped so I tried finding my email to check on the status of my order. Unfortunately, I was unable to find it or log into my account so I emailed them through their website asking them to confirm my order had been placed. 5 days after my order had been placed I had not yet received any response back. No email confirming shipping. No response from my email requesting confirmation. Nothing. I was then able to find the original email which allowed me to check the status of my order and learn it had still not yet been shipped. Upon learning this information I sent another email to Thesis beauty customer service indicating I was disappointed I had not yet heard anything regarding my order and because it had not been shipped I requested my order be cancelled and refunded. Upon the 7th day after my order was placed I finally received an email informing me of my order number and the tracking information of my shipment. It was arriving that day through Amazon. Did they ever respond to my email indicating my disappointment of their lack of communication as well as my request for canceling? No. Will I be purchasing through their website again? No. If you decide to purchase Thesis beauty products I would suggest for you to purchase them on Amazon. It seems they send it through them anyway. You will receive a lot more communication, tracking information within a day, it will be free shipping (if you are a prime member), and they w
