Great product but website and CS agent can be improved
The GWP was still showing on the website even when the item is no longer available. Misleading and disappointing if user had to spend time deciding what to buy in order to achieve the required amount. Customer Service offered to allow collection from store without making sure it will be available even by giving a specific deadline to the customer. The website gives the GWP before discount while the CS agents says only after discount after she has already advised the correct one. After placing the order and when I was nearly at the store to collect gift, was I told that the gift is no longer available but a cheaper package will be given. Disappointing that I anyhow made sure I achieve the required purchased amount after discount even when Im very well familiar that website offers the gift before discount, only to get even cheaper gift value than advertised. After I had to purposely go out to collect from the store. I didn’t want to get anymore disappointing news that’s why I decided to cancel the whole order. I really didn’t need to buy yet but I appreciated the gesture of the CS agent to allow me to collect from the store. But she gave wrong info about the GWP applies after discount and gave the store collection option without making sure the stock was secured.
