When i used it, i had red spots on my face.

Product received that was for another person and after two months the product has not been picked up and no answer as to when it will be done

You need to find a better shipping method. DHL is absolutely awful. Everyone is guaranteed to be charged a minimum of $19 ON TOP of the initial shipping cost (DHL “paperwork fees”) regardless of whether or not you owe taxes or duties on your item. I feel like that is very sneaky and your buyers should have an alternative shipping method available or at least be informed that these mandatory fees will have to be paid. Will not be buying from you, or any other online store that uses DHL. Be transparent with your buyers.

I haven’t receive the product yet. Takes forever to receive.
