I am satisfied with custom serum so far. Will definitely think about investing Tri-Light in near future

Prices are going up and i have been using Skin Inc for a couple of years now but it is getting a little pricey.

Single charge only lasted me 2 usages. Should have a more lasting battery life. The material feels cheap as it is plastic. For this price range, I would expect a more substantial material like metal as it feels more solid and lasting. 1 common button for on/off and changing of lights, so I presume the buttons won’t be lasting as well due to frequent pressing of the buttons. Definitely not for this price range. Used only 2 days, yet to see any effects on skin.

I still haven't received my shipment yet even though it has passed 5 business days

Customer service did not resolve my delivery issue the first time which resulted the same thing happened again. Very disappointing. It makes me think twice to order online now as a very supportive customer.
