The shipping was fine. I want to return the EMPTY container since I can’t use it as I expected. Returning it, and getting my 70% refund, has not been simple.

Confusing return

Assembly of the box and packing is easy. But return instructions are unclear. The instructions on the return box state to schedule pickup through their website, but then I get an email telling me to use UPS. Doesn't matter, just make it clear!

Bad customer service, fine product

Had to send two emails and make a call to get a refund on an order that was placed incorrectly. Was told the order had shipped (it hadn’t even been processed yet) before they finally admitted it hadn’t and refunded me. Notably, they kept the $20 for shipping even though they hadn’t shipped (or even printed the label for) the item. Got a partial refund. Will never use Pureway again. Absurd that a company provided healthcare items can have such terrible customer service. Two stars because their products are fine so I won’t give them only one star. It’s just their people that stink.

Slow shipping. Still have not received product and you actually sent email to ask me to review product I have not received. Very poor communications within company
